Enter information about the individuals attending.
Complete the registration by Paying online or Pay by Invoice. If you select invoice, an invoice is automatically emailed to the first person who is registered. If invoice is selected, please mail your payment to PO BOX 3866, Topeka, KS 66604 to be received by April 1.
